g-ride etiquette

 

1.)     chit chat – no cell phones allowed in the studio. distracting to others

2.)     typing / texting on your BB or Iphone etc etc not allowed

3.)     cross talk – no talking during class. don’t be distratcting to the rest of the group who are trying to concentrate

4.)     laundry etc – please wear clean clothing and no overbearing pefumes, colognes, lotions or creams. we ride close to one another. be courteous

5.)     kindness is cool – respect ytour fellow riders. if late to class, take a back row bike. if leaving early tell the instructor and please do it quietly

6.)     the pack – if you want to do your own thing durig class, please do not do it in the front row. if seated in the from row, remember…others feed off your energy and follow. so if you can’t do certain drills or don’t want to…maybe choose another bike or the end bikes in that row

g-ride policy

1.)   JetSet and GIP Level Members please sign up for class at the website to gain entry into the room. you have 48 hrs to do so with a close out of 4 hrs prior to the scheduled class time. GIP Members then may select a bike of their choice

2.)   Prive’ Level Members and Day Pass Holders may not sign up in advance. Once class is about to begin then you may take an open bike

3.)   please do not take any bike with a reserve tag on it unless you signed up for it

4.)   GIP Member reserved bikes will be released on a need only basis once class has started. If not that bike must remain reserved.

5.)   do not move any bikes from their position

6.)   you must be on your bike when class begins

7.)   if you are late and class has already started do not take a front row bike

8.)   please follow the class protocol. when ride is over, stop pedalling, exit off and follow the stretch. you are part of a group fitness class

9.)   when the stretch portion has concluded, please remove both handlebar and saddle post to their top position and wipe your bike. please do  not bring cleaners to your bike prior to class being over.

10.)     please do not leave bags, shoes clothes etc in any aisle. you may use the coat closet in the lobby for additional space. it is for your safety in a dark room

11.)     shoes left in room must be done upon exiting the class. they must be on the rack provided only first come first a convenience only. do not leave them otherwise. the room will be locked immediately after all have exited the class.
