At gstarfit we train as sculptors, not weightlifters. Based on a series of 4-5 back-to-back exercises using super, triple, compound and giant setting, we use lighter weight and added reps and sets, allowing more muscle detail and definition. With high-intensity muscular contraction, clients achieve optimal muscle growth and body fat reduction.
The Research: At gstarfit we base our training method upon the theory of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. This is the type of growth your muscles need to reach their potential. It occurs when the fluid in your muscle fiber increases causing them to permanently swell. You get this only when you perform higher rep sets for more than 10 reps with lighter to moderate weights. Do not confuse this with easier, you should still be using near maximal effort to complete all your repetitions.
